Pollinator Support Sculpture: community build
In celebration of spring build pollinator nests for the new Evanston Ecology Center pollinator habitat sculpture. Drop in for half an hour or more to help construct nesting boxes and blocks. Workshop will be lead by artist Janet Austin, Emily Moorhead-Wallace and other Chicago Sculpture International artists. Winter Camp: Community Build
During the Evanston Ecology Center’s winter children’s camp students help construct pollinator habitat boxes. Sunflower stalks, bamboo shoots, and elderberry branches: campers will assemble nesting materials for a pollinator habitat sculpture being installed on the Evanston Ecology Center grounds this spring.
